Check engine lights, no-starts, charging problems, sensors and wiring. We chase the actual fault instead of throwing parts at it.
Plugs, coils, filters, fluids and scheduled service. The cheapest way to keep a transmission healthy is to keep the rest of the truck healthy.
Fluid and filter service on a healthy unit. Not a fix for a slipping transmission, but it's what keeps a good one from becoming a rebuild.

Arevalo's Auto Repair is an independent, family-run shop in Irving, Texas. We've spent two decades building a business on referrals, which only works if you quote honestly, do the work right and stand behind it.
Over the years the work concentrated around transmissions — mostly Ford, Chevy and Ram trucks — because that's the job other shops send away and the one we got good at. We rebuild in-house, we quote before we start, and we warranty what we build for six months.
